Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at contactsavvychefs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a prepaid return label or offer a replacement or refund. Items must be returned in original condition unless the item arrived damaged. Final sale items and used consumables may not be eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
